01Getting home after the matchDecide the return before leaving your accommodation; do not improvise after full time.

02Families and minorsDocuments depend on nationality, residence, accompanying adults and transit countries.

  2. 02Confirm directly with the airline, consulate and immigration authority for every country in the journey.
  3. 03Put guardian contacts, allergies, medication and accommodation on a physical card for each child.
  4. 04Ask the property about cots, connecting rooms, minors policy and breakfast before paying.
03Health and medicationPrepare continuity of care and a treatment route before travelling.
  1. 01Carry enough medication in hand luggage, a prescription and the generic active ingredient name.
  2. 02Ask a professional about vaccines; Brazil recommends updated routine vaccination and, for indicated areas, yellow fever at least 10 days ahead.
  3. 03Use repellent, hydration and sun protection; climate and mosquito risk vary by region.

04Menstrual and sanitary wellbeingPlan products, toilets and care without assuming availability inside the stadium.

  3. 03Do not switch menstrual products on an intense travel day if you have not tried them before.

08Connectivity and group planThe plan must still work without battery, signal or data.

  2. 02Share itinerary and location only with trusted people.
  3. 03Set check-in times and a verification word for unexpected changes.
  4. 04Everyone should carry the accommodation address and group contact on paper.
09Money and paymentsSpread risk: do not keep cards, cash and phone in one place.
  1. 01Notify the bank, review fees and enable purchase alerts.
  2. 02Keep a second payment method separately and modest emergency cash.
  3. 03PIX is common in Brazil, but foreign visitors cannot always use it; do not rely on it.
  4. 04Check the final currency before accepting dynamic conversion at payment terminals.
10Plan BA written contingency reduces rushed decisions when something goes wrong.
